Digital Sovereignty. Muslim Owned.

Ummah Media Group is a holding company. We build and own fourteen digital properties for the Muslim community. We also run the Muslim Ad Network, so advertisers can reach that same community honestly. Every server is ours. Every line of code is ours. We took no venture capital.

Headquartered in California, USA. Our digital home is UmmahCity, at ummah.city.

Two Small Shops, Before the Ad Network

Our Story

Ummah Media Group did not begin as an ad company.

It began with two everyday problems. Muslims needed a place to find halal work. We built UmmahJobs. Muslims needed a place to find and share Islamic media. We built what is now Ummah Library.

The Muslim Ad Network came after. We saw how much of the Muslim internet ran on infrastructure we did not own. We saw how few advertisers built specifically for Muslim audiences. The Muslim Ad Network, now MuslimReach, became the engine that funds everything else we build.

That same instinct still drives us. Fourteen properties stand today. We build what the Ummah needs, and we keep what we build.

Own It, Don't Rent It

Why We Own the Stack

A platform you rent can shut you off. It can change its rules overnight. It can sell your data to someone you never agreed to.

Ummah Media Group owns its servers, its databases, and its code, for every property we run. We call that digital sovereignty. No outside platform stands between us and the people we serve.

Muslim owned is not a slogan on this page. It is who signs the server bill, and whose decision it is what gets built next.

We do not sell user data. We do not run third-party ad trackers on our own properties. We host our own analytics.

We still rent some things: the money rails our payments run on, and parts of the ad-buying and measurement stack our advertising business uses. We say so plainly, because a sovereignty claim only means something if we are honest about where it stops.

Privacy-First

Your data stays on our servers. No third-party tracking. No selling user data.

Community-Driven

Every product we build serves a real need in the Muslim community.

Full-Stack Ownership

We own our infrastructure, databases, analytics, and ad serving, complete digital sovereignty.

Two Wings, Equal Weight

The Two Wings

Ummah Media Group runs two connected businesses. Neither is the point of the other.

For the Ummah

UmmahCity - the consumer wing

UmmahCity is our home for everyday Muslim life online. Fourteen properties live inside it: identity, giving, jobs, community, media, and more. Ummah One is the membership that ties them together, one account, one identity, across every property.

We built UmmahCity because Muslims should not have to rent their digital life from platforms built for someone else.

For Advertisers

MuslimReach - the enterprise wing

MuslimReach is our advertising business, run by the Muslim Ad Network. It connects advertisers with Muslim audiences across a network of Muslim-owned sites.

MuslimReach does not use cookies to track people across the web. What we report is what we can count: ad views, the number of times an ad was actually shown. We do not publish a reach number we cannot source.

Our Impact

Every number here is real, sourced, and dated. Where we do not have a number we trust, we say so instead of guessing.

Platform Fees on UmmahCauses

Every gift is set aside for the cause, in full, held until it is disbursed.

What is not on this page: revenue composition, client concentration, a target date for $1M a year, and anything about valuation. Those live in direct conversation with Tab, not a public page, until the Investor Memo locks them.
